What size company is the current fit?
The Team plan starts from three mailboxes. The current focus is founder-run companies and small professional teams with a clear domain administrator.
How is business pricing calculated?
Business plans are billed per mailbox, monthly or annually. Adding or removing people during the term changes the bill on a prorated basis.
What happens when a teammate leaves?
An administrator removes the member, updates mailbox access and reassigns shared role addresses or aliases to the people taking over the work.
Does Thelemail have formal compliance certifications?
Thelemail currently has no SOC 2 or ISO certification. The security page lists the implemented controls, visible limits and current audit status in detail.
